We offer three service levels to choose from: Economy, Standard, and Expedited.

2. Delivery Estimates
For international orders, estimated delivery time is 7–18 business days after shipment.
Please note that all delivery timeframes are estimates and are not guaranteed. Actual delivery times may be affected by:

• Destination location

• Carrier efficiency

• Customs clearance procedures

• Weather conditions and other force majeure events

• Public holidays and peak shipping seasons

3. Shipping Costs
Shipping fees are determined based on the delivery destination and the number of items in your order.
To view the exact shipping cost, simply add items to your cart, proceed to checkout, and enter your shipping address. The system will automatically calculate and display the final shipping fee.

We offer worldwide shipping.

5. Order Processing & Delivery Timeline
Orders are typically shipped within 3–5 business days after payment is received. Our warehouse operates Monday through Friday (excluding public holidays).
Once shipped, delivery usually takes approximately 7 to 15 business days.

6. Damaged Packages During Transit
If you receive a package that has been damaged during transit:

• Please refuse delivery if possible, and contact our customer service team immediately.

• If the package was delivered in your absence, please reach out to customer service promptly, and we will provide further instructions.
