Scenario 1: I Changed My Mind / Ordered the Wrong Item

Can I return it within 30 days?
Yes. As long as you contact us within 30 days of purchase, and the item is unused and in its original packaging, we’ll be happy to process your refund.

What if it’s been more than 30 days?
Unfortunately, we can’t accept returns after 30 days. We appreciate your understanding.

Are there any items that can’t be returned?
Yes, the following categories are not eligible for return:

  • Perishable goods (such as food, flowers, newspapers, magazines)

  • Intimate or sanitary items (like swimwear or undergarments)

  • Hazardous materials, flammable liquids or gases

  • Gift cards

  • Downloadable software

  • Customized products cannot be returned
  • Some health and personal care products


 


Scenario 2: I Want to Exchange an Item

What if I want a different size or color?
We don’t offer direct exchanges. Simply return the original item following our return process, and place a new order for the size or color you’d like.

What if the item is defective and I want the same item?
If the item has a quality issue, please refer to Scenario 4 for instructions.


Scenario 3: What to Keep in Mind When Returning

What do I need to include?
Please make sure to include your receipt or proof of purchase—it’s required to complete your return.

Can I send the item back to the manufacturer?
No, please don’t send returns directly to the manufacturer. All returns should be sent to the address we provide.


Scenario 4: I Received a Problem Item

I received the wrong item—what should I do?
Please keep the original packaging and contact us right away. We’ll help sort it out.

The item arrived damaged or defective—what now?
Please send the following to welcome@qiravoa.com:

  • Your order number

  • A photo showing the damage or defect

We’ll arrange a replacement or issue a full refund, including any shipping costs.


Scenario 5: My Package Never Arrived

My package is lost—what should I do?
Please contact us as soon as possible, and we’ll help you track it down.

When would I receive only a partial refund?
Partial refunds may be issued in the following cases:

  • Books show obvious signs of use

  • CDs, DVDs, software, or video games have been opened

  • Items are damaged or missing parts due to reasons not caused by us

  • Items are returned more than 30 days after delivery


Scenario 6: I Want to Cancel My Order

Can I still cancel?
If your order hasn’t shipped yet, we can cancel it and issue a full refund.
Once the order has been shipped, cancellation is no longer possible—please wait for your package to arrive.
