Placing an Order
Pick your style, hit "Add to Cart," and follow the checkout steps. We’ll handle the rest and email you once your order ships.

Changing or Canceling an Order
Need to make changes? Contact us right away. Once shipped, orders are final—we can’t modify or cancel them after that.

Tracking Your Order
Look for a shipping confirmation email from welcome@qiravoa.com. It contains your tracking number and a direct link.
No email yet? Allow 1–5 business days for processing.
Quick tips:

  • Check your spam or promotions folder.

  • Click the tracking link in the email.

  • If the link doesn’t work, copy and paste the tracking number manually.

  • Still stuck? Reach out—we’ll help.

Wrong or Damaged Item?
We’ll fix it fast.

  1. Confirm your order details.

  2. Email us your order number and a photo of the item.

  3. We’ll send a replacement or resolve the issue.

Shipping Methods & Timing
Choose from Economy, Standard, or Expedited.
Orders ship in 5–10 business days. International orders take an extra 1–2 weeks in transit.

Tracking a Package
After shipment, you’ll get an email with tracking info. Use it on the carrier’s site.
Tracking can take 1–4 days to show up. Sometimes updates lag, but your order is still moving. If it’s late, let us know.

Delayed or Lost Package
We’ll help track it down.

  • Double-check your order confirmation.

  • See if your order arrived in multiple packages.

  • If something’s still missing, send us your order number and the missing item name.

Returns
Start a refund request directly from your order page.

Payments
We accept Visa, Mastercard, and PayPal.

Account
You don’t need an account to shop, but creating one gives you access to new product alerts and promos.
